Our journey began in 2017, where we developed our culinary expertise working in professional kitchens across New Zealand, specialising in Italian food and traditional techniques. Today, as the team behind Ratana Italian Restaurant, we bring that same knowledge and passion into a carefully curated Mediterranean grocery store in Lincoln.
